Our retreats are not designed to help you escape your life…

They’re about creating one you feel excited to wake up to!

Our 5-night Mediterranean retreats combine wellness, adventure, and culture. You'll leave feeling refreshed and inspired to say YES to new things that enrich your life.

Meet your host

That move changed my life and opened my eyes to a whole new world.

I started saying YES to every opportunity that came my way (even if it terrified me):

  • YES to learning to ski

  • YES to canyoning and wakeboarding

  • YES to solo Muay Thai retreats in the middle of Thailand

  • YES to nude spa weekends

I became a new person and made connections with people who have become some of my best friends.

By the time I turned 30, as everyone else around me was settling down, I had a new lease of life. I was no longer held back by the fear of trying new things.

And now I’ve made it my mission to help other women like me do the same.

Whether you book on one of retreats or not, I hope you found a little inspiration here to say YES to something new this year.

Love,
Liv

So glad you have found me, I’m Liv!

In my early twenties, I thought I had everything figured out…

I was in a secure job with a mortgage, partner, and took 3-4 big holidays every year. I had my whole life mapped out: marriage, kids, a bigger house, more holidays, blah blah blah.

But that wasn’t really what I wanted– it’s just what society told me I should want.

In reality, I spent my weekends watching Netflix and pushing trollies through Aldi. I was so anxious about meeting new people and trying new things. Literally wasting the best years of my life.

Then I was offered a job in Germany. Alone. In a new city, with no language skills. And without a second’s thought I said YES.
